**Q: Would these work well for calf raises on a smith machine?**
A: Yes, just stack in block form....slide your toe to the edge and lift. Depending on how many you stack will determine the possible drop depth. The wedges are sturdy and provide excellent support. Still start with low weight until you get use to them. Hope this helps!

**Q: Are there longer versions of these longer than 7 inches? I'm talking for people with US shoe size 10 and above**
A: No, couldnt find a longer than 7 inches option. However, I wear a size 12 and they work great. Foot hangs over a bit but that's fine.  I use for either heel or toe support. I stack the wedges in square form for full foot support to perform leg dips.  The wedges are not a platform but more of an extension. They will help you increase your stretch depth, improve range of motion, and balance. Also easy to store, pack for gym, or travel.  Hope this helps.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simple, inexpensive solution to butt wink

This is a simple solution to people like me who like to do deep back squats but cannot avoid the dreaded "butt wink" at the bottom of a deep squat. I thought my squat form was better than it actually was until I did a video of my squats from the side and there it was, the butt wink at the bottom. I did lots of stretching and mobility work to try to eliminate the problem, but until I added these wedges, the wink remained. I am not a powerlifter, so I did not invest in squat shoes, which accomplish the same thing. Unlike squat shoes, however, the use of these wedges offers three height options by simply adding or removing one of the interlocking wedges. They are very stabile and do not slip at all. An inexpensive and simple solution to my deep squat issue.
