## Description

Product description JINGLING 7-Inch Diamond Lapidary Saw Blade, Super-Thin 0.65mm Cutting Disc for Gemstone & Jewelry Making Product Description Product Name: lapidary saw blades 7 inch , 180mm lapidary trim saw , rock saw blade Exclusively designed for processing materials for softer high value rocks like turquoise, gaspeite, opals. These lapidary blades are manufactured by crimping synthetic diamonds directly into the edge of the saw blade. They are best suited for turquoise, opal, glass, and stones in the 4-6 range on the Mohs hardness scale. We don't recommend using this gem saw blade to cut too hard materials, such as: agate and jadeite with a Morse hardness of 6-7. Because it is difficult to cut or the blade will be damaged quickly Product Specification Manufacturing process: crimping diamonds directly into the edge of the saw blade The rock saw blade operate in a single direction so make sure that the arrow on the blade is pointed towards you when mounting Advantages: achieving satisfactory cutting results and reducing unnecessary material consumption This thin diamond lapidary saw blade offers a very good cost effective option for those that want either very thin kerfs or plan on short term use The super thin trim saw blades are widely used suitable for cutting jade, stone, glass, tile, brick etc. Cutting and trimming stone Cutting and trimming tiles Cutting glass bottles Cutting and trimming brick Rock saw blade can easily cut various materials, including ceramics, stainless steel, aluminum, iron pipe, alumina, acrylic, carbon fibre, fiberglas, pvc pipe, wood, etc. Cutting stainless steel Cutting iron pipes Cutting PVC pipes Cutting acrylic sheet

Review: Blades - If you cut rocks, gemstones, glass, agates, or cabochon material as a hobby, the JINGLING 7-inch thin diamond lapidary blade is a decent budget-friendly option for light-to-moderate lapidary work. The biggest things to consider are cutting precision, blade thickness, cooling/lubrication, and whether you need a hobby blade or a professional-grade blade. Thin diamond blades like this are popular because they reduce material loss and create cleaner cuts on smaller stones.
Review: Decent price, not for large rocks - 4.5 out of 5 Could be a little cheaper probably but the profit vs cost/precision of this blade is worth it. I use this blade to cut small .5-1 inch quartz geode agates. I am able to cut about 100 before the blade becomes too dull to work with safely. The blade does not say it is rated to use for quartz and for those who don't know. Quartz is very hard. If this blade can stand the test of cutting these geode agates without smashing them open. I would say the description for this item is accurate. This blade is for TRIMMING and fine shaping softer smaller minerals. It will not last forever, it is thin and the blades diamond layer is only about 3mm. A small Dremel blade would be cheaper and has more diamond cutting space if you are looking for a cheap alternative. If this blade seems like it is worth the money for a specific project, trust me, it is great for small pieces. If it works for quarts when it is not graded for it, it will work for trimming smaller softer material for a while if you are patient and using the right tools. TLDR This blade is great if you can read the description, are cutting the right material, have the right tools, knowledge and patience to utilize the blade.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What the rpm speed rating?**
A: I’m using the blade on a $100 Home Depot tile saw that requires a 7” blade. It works great, if you push the stone to be cut at an Even speed. I use it to cut turquoise, a soft stone.

**Q: can i get in higher grits. I need finer grits too.**
A: Dear Customer,
Thank you for your inquiry. Sorry, we can't provide diamond lapidary saws finer grits type.
The diamond lapidary saw is used monocrystalline 80 grit (single crystal diamond), and 80 grit is suitable grit type for cutting gemstone.
As we know, diamond grit is finer (such as 150 grit), diamond lapidary saw blade will be used in shorter time.
Should you have any queries, please contact me directly.
Best Regards!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good the price, quality seems
*by S***. on November 16, 2025*

You get a decent deal for the money with this brand. Good thickness, not super thin, size is right, seems to cut as well, as MUCH more expensive brands! This is my 1st purchase of this brand, & they're just as sharp as others I've used.? Would buy these again, hope they last longer than others. Will update later if they don't!
