Have been using it every day at work, and it gives me energy all day. Noticed the difference in my work performance in the morning, and am able to stay focused and no longer need the "extended wake up time" needed to get going. I mix it with a little plain yogurt and either milk or water and it tastes really good, not chalky or gritty. Keeps me filled until a late lunch, without feeling hungry. Still not tired or turned off to the flavor after using it for a couple months. Vanilla flavor is easy to work with if you want to blend anything with it. I add Bob's Red Mill Carob Powder to it for a great caffeine free chocolatey like taste, when I feel like something chocolate, and it tastes like a chocolate malt, it's yummy!
