Happy with how it is organized and the only one like it. Exactly what I wanted but there's two downsides: the snap for the cell phone holder broke before I could even put anything in the pocket (picture), and file folders are slightly too long to fit into the pocket without the tabs being bent. I'm still happy with my purchase however. Love the tablet holder behind the paper, since I want to take digital notes most of the time.UPDATE: excellent customer service! They contacted me from this comment and offered a free replacement.
