Very snug and velcros over the top. Quality material, been on numerous dives and no signs of wearing down. I sling it but option to attached to side of tank with a band that comes with it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The 19cu bag works great with 80cu AL tank. *by R***G on March 12, 2021* I don't know why some people are complaining that it fits tight! It's pretty simple to get it on, just don't wait until your on a bobbing boat to do it. After I fill my Tank it goes on and stays on until I am ready to get it filled again.Second thing is that it will loosen up over time so yes it's better that it is tight on the first few dives than be super loose for it's lifespan.About the only negative I found was that the two straps are right near the bottom when you first get it and at first I was wondering how to move one strap to the upper part near the neck when there is no visible seam opening to string it through. There is a seam about 2" below the top of the fabric but when it's new you have to use a butter knife to slide feel for the seam opening and find it.
