This kit is perfect to allow me the movement patterns I miss when I'm just using dumbbells and barbells during Covid lock-down. Great for high and low pulling movements, Cable flyes (one arm) and lateral raises. I was sceptical, but very happy so far. I also bought some attachments from another seller. The only real negative is the straight bar provided is fixed, so don't rotate with your hands' movement, when performing an exercise, but that's not a huge deal, at this price at least.
