Its 16.35MP BSI CMOS sensor enables high-resolution stills shooting and Full HD video recording with low noise and sensitivity from ISO 100-3200. Quick performance also permits burst shooting up to 6 fps at full resolution along with SD 480p video recording at 120 fps. Complementing the imaging is a 4x optical zoom lens that covers wide-angle to short-telephoto fields of view and digital image stabilization helps to reduce the appearance of camera shake for sharper images. Additionally, there is a rear 2.7" 230k-dot LCD monitor for composing and reviewing shots and built-in Wi-Fi permits wireless sharing of photos and videos to a linked mobile device.

I loved this camera! I had heard that others had problems with leaks but mine never did. From the moment I opened the package to the time I took it out to sea, this has been an easy camera to use (although I will say that I have lots of amateur photography experience with cameras) and easy to figure out how to get it to do what I wanted. If you are new to cameras, this one will still be easy to figure out and if you have questions, the online support is excellent. It was easy to carry and the available buoyant strap was perfect for the job. It was a good quality piece of equipment without breaking the bank. If I had to do it again, I would buy this camera again.
