## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this pillow firm?**
A: These pillows come in different firmness and size. It’s helpful to watch some of the videos to see what size you should get and what firmness you should get. What I like about these pillows is that you can shape it anyway that’s comfortable for you. I sleep on my back so I’d like to Put a nice round roll of the pillow around my neck

**Q: What’s the difference between classic and premium My Pillows?**
A: Pillow is lumpy and does not conform to head

**Q: What do the designations m/f, f, and m mean. i assume m is medium, and f stands for firm, but what does m/f mean? 🤔**
A: The m/f means that one of the pillows will be medium fill, while the other pillow will be firm.

**Q: what is the actual size measurements? The MyPillow website says Q = 18.5x28, but this description says 16.5x26**
A: Really? So is it Amazon relaying wrong information to us or MyPillow relaying wrong info to Amazon or Mypillow deliberately altering the pillow to accompany the lower price? I would love to know the truth..I really like these pillows. I have one of the first...and I have to say I like it much much better than a more recent Mypillow I purchased. The filling isn't as clumpy and holds up better in the original I paid 99.00 for. So what has and is happening to Mypillow?
