Cordless Drill Electric Rivet Gun Adapter Blind Rivet Operating InstructionsEnsure that everything is WELL TIGHTENED before use and be careful that this remains as it is BY CHECKING REGULARLY.You MUST HOLD the riveter firmly by the grip areas with thick gloves when using it. The riveter should not rotate.Operate your driving tool BACKWARD (anti-clockwise) until an audible sound comes from the riveter. Confirm from the inspection hole on the front tube that the plunger tube inside is at its maximum forward position (Figure 3).Insert the rivet mandrel into the nosepiece hole and make sure there is no space between the nosepiece and the rivet flange (Figure 4).Lightly pull the trigger in FORWARD (clockwise) direction to have the mandrel slightly gripped by the riveter, to prevent it from falling out (Figure 5).Align the riveter with the drilled hole as best as you can and insert the rivet head into it.Drive FORWARD until the mandrel is popped off of the rivet. When you hear that the rivet is set, continue to pull the trigger for few seconds, to be sure the mandrel comes off correctly.Drive BACKWARD to release and expose the remaining rivet mandrel. Depending on the greasing of the tool jaw pieces, the mandrel may or may not fall out on its own.

Review: Works so good and I use it daily that I decided to designate a drill just for it. I keep it set up for 1/4” and it does 1/8” no problem without changing the tip if you drill a little slower. The inside is built just like a regular squeeze type hand riveter. So for the negative reviews pull the tip off and make sure the jaws and spring are installed correctly. I wish I would have invented this and sold the design to Snap-on

**Q: I wanna check the riveter adapter, how to disassemble and install it?**
A: It comes assembled. Its easy to disassemble by twisting.  Before using, be sure that all connections are tight or the stem of the rivet will become stuck inside.

A: Yes, this is for use with an electric drill

**Q: will this work on stainless steel rivets?**
A: Yes it will. This is by far the best riveted I have had. I even like it better than my pneumatic riveters.

Works so good and I use it daily that I decided to designate a drill just for it. I keep it set up for 1/4” and it does 1/8” no problem without changing the tip if you drill a little slower. The riveting adapter for cordless drills, comes with the use directions. The problem is...it does not explain how to set it up! Thought I had it set up correctly, pulled the trigger and the rivet leg was jambed inside the gripper jaws. It would not release the leg. The entire adapter comes apart (use caution and clean flat space to work on it if needed. Do not use the head with the same sized hole for the rivet leg... use the next larger hole. This will allow the adapter to release the leg properly after it comes off the rivet. Once it was figured out and set up right, IT WORKED PERFECTLY!! I recommend this product. I am using mine now daily.
