Review: Great beef - I have purchased this Shin Beef a few times from Morrisons and it is very good. Cooked in a slow cooker its always very tender. I Use this to make deep filled steak pies to which i add Beef boullion and season it well,when cooked i thicken the gravy..would recommend this produce ,its my go to meat
Review: My favourite cut of beef for stews, casseroles, pot roasts, curries etc - Cheap, full of flavour, unctuous texture. Really adds a nice stickiness to a casserole, great depth of flavour. Long slow cooking will reward you with a lush deeply flavoured gravy, serve with a load of cabbage, and buttery leek and potato and parsnip mash. Or go oldskool and break out the suet for some dumplings. You're welcome.

Cheap, full of flavour, unctuous texture. Really adds a nice stickiness to a casserole, great depth of flavour. Not too bad when cooked overnight in slow cooker. I would prefer to get my bones from the butcher if honest.
