Review: EXCELLENT SOUND PROOFING! - I ordered the 12-pack and when it arrived, I unpacked it and waited for it to expand (which took about 3 hours). I then started sticking it on my walls. The adhesive is already on the back, all you have to do is peel the protective paper off then press it on the surface. The adhesive sticks well. After setting them on my walls, the appearance looks great and when I played audio, I immediately noticed a difference in the sound. There was no more of the 'slight echoing' I was hearing due to the sound frequencies bouncing off the walls. The foam panels is absorbing the sound waves, so the sound is more accurate. Thanx

A: It won't hurt the walls. If you want to remove it, i suggest you can soften it with water.

**Q: Can I cut these up to seal up a barn door gap?**
A: Sure, you can cut it any way you want.

**Q: what is the NRC rating?**
A: I havent actually measured my panels (I put them up and then decided to change direction of my room so pulled them back down), but I would hazard a guess that they are somewhere between .25-.4

**Q: My babies room is right next to my office. Should I put these in my babies room or my office so people can’t hear him during a meeting?**
A: They'd be more effective in the baby's room, but I would strongly advise against it. Putting foam in the same room as a baby is a bad idea. Babies tend to pick at and eat anything they can get their hands on, and you definitely don't want your baby eating foam.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to use

I would like to point out that the gray and the black are different patterns, although very slightly different they’re not the same, doesn’t matter to me but might for some. Adhesive on the back made them easy to put up and they look good. When pulling them out of the package they were VERY compressed, mainly the ones on the tops and bottoms of the packages, all I had to do was pull lightly on the foam in some spots to allow it to expand and pull away from other material and leave them be. I let them sit for the 24 hours that it instructed and came back and they were good to go, some spots needed a tad more light pulling to get away from the other material but all in all this is a nice and easy product to use.
