After looking at reviews I expected an elastic pull start cord and ear muffs I did not receive this which makes me wonder if I got the other up graded components such as carburetor and ignition. When I first ran it the chain tightened and loosened as it ran which seems to have worn out of it with use and it had a wrap around handle which I did not want for stump work. All of these statements are to set expectations for future purchasers overall runs great for now.

Cannot beat this for the price. Good quality components. Runs great with good power. Sticker for the choke/ on off was on upside down but that was easy to make right. Lots of tools provided with saw.

First off love the saw runs well out of the box. After looking at reviews I expected an elastic pull start cord and ear muffs I did not receive this which makes me wonder if I got the other up graded components such as carburetor and ignition. When I first ran it the chain tightened and loosened as it ran which seems to have worn out of it with use and it had a wrap around handle which I did not want for stump work. All of these statements are to set expectations for future purchasers overall runs great for now.

Seized up a couple weeks after warranty was out. Messaged to ask what cylinder kit I needed and explained what happened. Neotec closed the inquiry and ignored me. Went to their website to order the parts everything screams free shipping and how they don’t add any surprise shipping fees. They added a $56 dollar express shipping charge after the fact that called for 7-9 days minimum over the 2-5 that was free. Finally got my order canceled and I’m done with them.
