I purchased this heating pad and it did not fit around my waist. I then contacted the seller to see if they sold extenders. I was informed the very next day that they had an 11" and 15" which did I need and it would be no cost to me. I mentioned I would need the 15". They then emailed me immediately and said they were out of the 15" but would go to a local vendor and purchase one and then would give me the name of Amazon Logistics to deliver and also gave me the tracking number.
