The key is to install each panel at a slight angle to its neighboring panel which adds to the overall strength. We used some of the fencing to block off parts of our garden from the dogs. It also keeps them away from steep drop-offs. We discovered the added (and unexpected) benefit that this fence holds up tall, floppy plants like peonies and crocosmia.
