Because of these reasons, I decided to try this toothpaste. It has a faint minty taste and is not foaming. I suggest not chewing the tablet, because it gets stuck in the crevices of your top and bottom teeth then you really feel the urge to brush. Putting a tablet in your mouth then taking a sip of water helps the tablet to dissolve. It feels like there is enough to brush your teeth. I do prefer the feel and more clean taste of my teeth using traditional toothpaste more, but I have put a week of tablets in my carryon bag in case I forget my toothpaste or if I am constrained on space, I can just use these.
