With the ring being bigger than the rest it allows me more room for paper, dividers, plastic pockets and business cards. The zippered pocket in the front holds 5 to 9 pens/highlighters. The pouch in the back is wide enough for a thin note pad to slide in. The outer feels similar to leater and wipes clean. The durability and sheekness is unbelievable. It’s a good planner. I customized mine with my own pages, but it has held up well. **Q: How big is the planner and the insert pages?** A: The insert pages are A5 in size (which is 148 x 210 mm OR 5.8 x 8.3 in). The planner itself is a little large than that as you can see from the photos, but unlike its competitors, it can store business cards, credit cards, valuables, stationery like pens & post-it notes, and documents.
