They don't grip solid strand cables very well and not possible to at all to insert 2x cables so loop in - loop out can't be achieved (one cable will easily pull out if tried)So fit some decent connector blocks or junction boxes to the short tails and you've got yourself a decent and cheap light but honestly, do yourself a favour and throw those spring connectors in the bin where they belong!
