I'm surprised amazon! *by M***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 July 2021* The media could not be loaded.  Amazing pillow, it took me years to finally find the right one.Firm but not hard like others I had, meaning that it won't sink but it's still soft to touch.The cooling gel actually works (very curious) and it's the perfect size for both women and men as there are the two sides one higher than the other and the length of a standard pillow too. I've tried different ones before... some to soft, some to hard, some the bumps were not really there and some were children's size. This one is just perfect.I agree with the other reviews where people said that what you see in the pictures/description is what you get. Even though some people might not like it because everyone is different and might like different firmness, It baffles me to read the negative reviews because in this case the pillow completely matches the description and it's a good quality product. The bumps do not sink or deform (keeps its shape), it does not smell of anything (you can still wash the pillowcase), it's not to hard nor to soft... I tried a few and this fits me perfectly. Others were just too high or too flat. I am 163cm tall (or short whatever you prefer 😂) and I sleep on the smaller side (8cm). I think the pillow manufacturers should consider making at least two or three different sizes of the same product with different bump heights because one really doesn't fit all.The last several nights have been a total life changer for me thanks to this pillow. No longer I wake up with a lower back pain or a neck pain and I have been struggling with these small aches for years. First I thought it was my mattress but a few weeks ago I woke up in the middle of the night with terrible pain in my neck. I had to roll my normal pillow under my neck to create some neck support (it relieved the pain) and this led me to a conclusion that maybe I need a different pillow rather than a new mattress. My sleep is now so restful and I even dream more 😁. Moreover, I breathe better.One small advice... The pillow is quite firm compared to the standard fluffy pillow. I recommend not to give up after one night.
