Frontal Tabs could be Improved. *by V***A on 4 September 2021* The cooling pad is sturdy and the fans are very quiet. They don't pump too much air, but keep the bottom of the laptop cool. The worst thing about this product are the frontal tabs that hold the laptop in place. They are very rough and prickly toward the edges and badly scratch your forearm when typing, or gaming, or using the trackpad in general.
