These seeds actually look and taste like they're roasted. They are crisp and the shells are much thinner than the standard size seeds. I love pumpkin seeds, but with the larger ones I taste mainly only salt and shell. I can actually taste the seed with these smaller ones. They're fresh, too. Full of crunch and flavor and come in a resealable pouch-whats not to love? Not too salty, not too small (the listing is clear on the fact that these are a smaller variety and honestly i dont miss the bigger, less flavorful store bought brands one bit). They taste so fresh, and i prefer pumpkin seeds with the shell as they provide more fiber which i need. I will be buying these again once i run out-so impressed with what i got!
