Tried and it's not as bad as I thought it would be. Felt full too

Was expecting to feel a bit fuller once I mixed with water and drank it. May have been the placebo effect, but I thought it worked sort of. However, more likely was simply the water.

This product is a fraud... Both my husband and I started it together a week ago tomorrow and are experiencing the same thing, it is not suppressing our appetites and if anything we're hungrier!!! It's bad enough to suffer through getting it down due to the taste, but then to be left hungry and having our stomachs growling is the worst. I want my money back and can't even return this crap because it's not eligible for returns. That's my fault for not checking return policy, but as a Amazon Prime member I always assume returns will be effortless, well this is the first one that isn't and I'll be sure to always check going forward. It's sad that there are sooooooo many scam products out there that take advantage of the consumer and to that I say turnaround is fair play and the crap you put out in the world will surely be returned to you... It just blows chunks that I can't return your horrible product to you!!!

This supplement has helped me drop so much weight so quickly!!!!!! I use it every day!!!!

The product works. Kind of gels up after a few minutes, so drink immediately. Flavor is more like a watered down orange drink. May be better in berry flavor, but this flavor is tolerable.

I started intermitting fasting and it helps me stay on track- I can decrease cravings and stick to my schedule— I have lost 7 # - I have been using product for 3 weeks now.

I use them a couple of times a week to curb my hunger. Works well

I wish I could tell you whether or not this works, but I can't get passed the taste to find out. The description says that it's strawberry, but it tastes NOTHING like strawberry and whatever it does taste like (nothing comes to mind) it's incredibly sweet. I've choked down colonoscopy prep before, but I couldn't get this stuff down. After sitting in my water bottle for a while, it's become a gelatinous goo and appears to be just a load of fiber - so here's the bottom line, skip this stuff and drink some Benefiber, it's cheaper, has no taste and fills you up.
