Since they offer a "subscription service", it would seem that they do deteriorate after a while. I wash mine with a gentle soap and let them dry overnight and mine have lasted more than two months now. Keep in mind that a good orthotic insole can cost you ~ $60+... **Q: any latex in these supports?** A: The sleeve is **Q: i wear a 4 and a half, will these fit my foot?** A: Men's? Women's? If it's men's absolutely. If it's women's they should but maybe not as snug. I'm a 6 1/2 with fairly narrow feet and they fit perfect. **Q: What is the thickness of support pad? Is it durable for running?** A: At it's thickest point, maybe about 5-7 mm.
