As far as I am aware you can either get mains powered where they are all wired together or wireless where they are all connected through radio signals. Wireless operates perfectly as required. **Q: Hi. Are these 'optical' type?** A: No **Q: Why does it beep once every few minutes? Maybe 5 or 6 times then stop for a few days.
