Review: I don't have experience with other Preworkouts but i have taken this since 2017. It give me focus, it does cause hand shakiness and can cause nausea. You get use to these things and also get desensitized to them. It allows me to get extra repitions in at failure it give that boost / push which is exactly where the most muscle building and tearing occurs for strength. building. I always take 1/4 a scoop or less. I have never taken a full scoop in my life but that likely won't be the case for you. please, Loop up CNS fatigue. I didn't know about it for years.

Great pre workout! My new favorite and go to. I have used a ton of different pre workouts and this one really helps get me through my workouts. My only issue would be it doesn’t tell you how much caffeine is in the product, but very high stim. You won’t be disappointed
