Review: Good solid detangling brush - It hasn’t broke or popped off yet going through my thick 4C hair. I like this brush, it’s strong and durable. I find it works better on my hair when I have the showerhead water angled on the section I’m working with along with conditioner. My daughter on the other hand just needs wet hair and conditioner but her strands are finer. Detangling her hair is a breeze. Side note- I mainly detangle holding the brush vertically. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for course, tangly hair! *by C***G on April 1, 2026* As others have said, make sure that you only use this on wet hair that has slippery conditioner on it, starting at the ends, and it will glide through even thicker hair. The thick Tracee Ellis or PM Awapuhi conditioner make the tangles come right out when used with this brush. It gets all the way to the scalp, and distributes the conditioner well. I’ve had it for months and it’s holding up nicely kept in the shower. As others have said, the hole is useless on its own-but you can put a metal ring or leather cord through it to hang off your shower organizer. It’s a nice size-not too big but doesn’t slip out of my hand. I bought it on Black Friday so it was a good value on sale.
