This review is in no way the standard use for this product and in no way should anyone do this unless they know what theyre doing. I easily voided the warranty for the battery knowing full well that i would.My turtlebeach wireless 800x headset just wasnt lasting the way it used to. Having gone from 10+ hours between charges to less than 30 mins and having to be plugged in constantly. I had finally had enough of the spirit in my headset screaming "LOW BATTERY" into my ears every time I had to unplug it and went out to find a replacement. This battery was the closest i could find in terms of size and wire count. I knew it was a gamble for the 3pin connectors to match, but for the price i went for it. As I had guess the pins were completely different sizes. What was the same was the polarity plates on the battery itself and the tiny circuit boards from both batteries. After a quick swap i plugged it in and it started charging immediately. After a full nights charge I'm on day 2 now of playing and havent needed to charge it yet.So while I didnt use the product as intended it did bring life back into my headset and for that i thank you guys!

I don't knock the easy to install stars, because it's not the batteries fault for being a bit difficult. I used the battery to rejuvenate my Corsair VOID RGB Wireless headset. It charges and recognizes the battery charge. Time will only tell how reliable the battery will be or how accurate it reads the percentage.If you're upgrading your Corsair VOID RGB Wireless headset as well, just be mindful and extremely careful to the short wires. Watch YouTube videos on changing the battery out and take your time.. unless you want to solder wires.

Worked for 2 months before dying

Here because you want a 1500mah Battery for infant optics DXR-8 or SP803048?Yeah, this will probably work for you. No reason to believe its not what it says it is.Here because some Corsair Void battery replacement thing said this will fit with the plastic battery protector in place?Well its 'fits' like trying to stuff your foot in a shoe 2 sizes too small. You can either leave screws loose and have poor fitment or crank them down and visibly bend everything around your lithium battery because your squeezing it that hard.you know, the thing that catches fire when punctured and is going to be living next to your right ear. yeah. I wouldn't recommend the squeezing it route either.Again, probably exactly what it says it is, and it *is* a battery which is better than whatever's in our 5 year old headsets now. but I'd be getting the OEM 5234050 1000mah if I were to do it again.

I purchased this after hearing others had replaced their Corsair Void headset batteries, I don't know if the Corsair Void Pro has a differently sized battery than the non-pro but it was very close to not being able to fit. I had to omit the battery cover to get it to fit at all and even then the pieces wouldn't fit together anymore - you have to just lightly screw the pieces together and leave a little gap. Regardless it looks normal once you get the ears pads put back on it.Once installed the headset doesn't read the battery quite right and beeps inappropriately or sometimes acts wonky when trying to turn it on. Also this battery has 50% higher capacity than the original battery but in my estimation it doesn't seem to have 50% longer life than the stock battery had when new.Regardless of these issues I was still happy purchasing this at $10 to save myself from having to purchase an entirely new headset.

Battery as of today has swollen and cracked my void pro ear cup. Got a little over 3 months out of it I guess. Gonna try a different brand. Your mileage may vary.Makes sense as to some of the charging issues I was having now.
