First amp I received was defective. I contacted Skar regarding the issue and they paid to send it back on warranty. They tested and found the RCA inputs ground shields were bad. They quickly sent me a replacement. Customer service qas A1 in my opinion. It didnt cost anything to replace it, all in all, great company to do business. They were very friendly and courteous.
