**Q: Can a gymnast apply it to her bar grips?**
A: I think it could be worth a try. I do apply it directly to a metal pull up bar or to a kettlebell handle if I am doing a long workout and want some extra chalk as a base layer.

**Q: How do you wash it off?**
A: Comes off very easy in the sink. Soap and water. It becomes like regular chalk and wears off eventually.

**Q: My hands get extremely sweaty when I exercise. It's particularly a problem when rowing. Will this product help prevent blisters from the oar handles?**
A: It will help, but it will not completely prevent blisters. I personally use this for kettlebell swings where there is similar friction between the hand and the handle/oar. It helps me reduce the likelihood of developing a blister.

A: Should work fine. Grips well, just take care of your calluses or this will rip them.

This liquid chalk works surprisingly well. In about 30 seconds I have chalked up hands with a great grip. Super easy to use. Less dust and the little bottle takes up no room. Its versatility is endless as you can take it anywhere and use it on any bar or equipment. I think it’s a great value for the money. After you squirt it on, the appearance and feel is like any other chalk. I’m a fan! It lasts like most chalk so durability is good.

I love this stuff! I love the grip that it provides while deadlifting or barbell rows. If your grip is a limiting factor.. this stuff is great to get your full potential. Personally, I don't like straps. I used to use brick chalk.. and it worked well.. but left a huge mess but I stuck with it because of the price. Anyway.. I bit the bullet and purchased this product. The price was not appealing as brick chalk is much, much cheaper. But I figured I would give this a shot. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Phenomenal product, lifted 475lbs+ no straps

This product is phenomenal! This liquid chalk is very easy to apply, and leaves very little mess when you're done. I use this product every time I deadlift which is about twice a week, and I've managed to pull 475lbs no straps with this chalk. The bottle looks small, but it lasts for quite a surprisingly long amount of time as long as you use a reasonable amount (about a dimes worth) One pro tip I'd give is to re-apply a small amount after each set. It doesn't need to be a full dimes worth, but just a dab to give you that extra grip. Comes with a carabiner, which I use to hook onto my gym bag. 5 stars, I've bought this product a couple times and will continue to do so, as long as I still need chalk.
