I think now that it must have been a different rack by the same company...or the rack at the store was mislabeled. Just as all the other one-star reviews have said, this is a horrible product. It's completely flimsy, and even though I put it together exactly as the instructions described, the metal poles will NOT stay in the holes no matter what. Even though I was fairly certain it would collapse in the night, I took it upstairs into my closet hoping for the best...and the poles have been popping out non-stop as I attempt to put my shoes on the rack. Now that I've wasted an hour putting it together, dismantled all my makeshift shelves and have shoes all over the floor, I have to take it apart to send it back. If you're thinking of getting this shoe rack, please don't.
