I have ordered this again and I know this is my new choice of butter. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pleasant smell *by K***S on 23 January 2026* I've always found ghee off-putting to use in recipes because of the smell – to be frank, it usually smells like vomit, which is the butyric acid content, and I know butyrates are good for the gut and all that, but I couldn't get past that pong. In the end I decided to give this brand a go as a final attempt because of review comments about the aroma, and I was pleasantly surprised. It really does smell like fresh butter. I can also confirm the verdict of another reviewer who said it was terrific for cooking scrambled eggs. Not bad value, either – you get a nice big jar for the money.
