I used the trex transcend collection and the whole thing looks great. I was nervous using these screws because of the bad reviews but it just boils down to user error. Things I have learned using these is you must use a drill and not a impact driver. The screws will strip but they work perfectly if you just use a regular drill and drill them slowly. You must drill in one clip halfway with one board on it, then put the other board in and screw the clip in snug but not all the way. If you screw it in all the way the screw will not be able to hold Onto the joist because of the plastic clip. As long as you stick to these rules, your deck will turn out beautiful.
