The taste is horribly sweet, and sickening! **Q: Date expiration?** A: September 1, 2018. However, expiration date is irrelevant. It does not change the fact that the new formula cheats customers with less protein and creatine per container. They also should not call it whey isolate since they added calories and disgusting fillers. **Q: How is the taste? What flavor is the best? Is it gritty?** A: Bbw, I have been using Nitro Tech for about 15 years & I can tell you I can just shake it in a bottle and it IS NOT gritty or chalky but smooth like some shakes as you say. It tastes great also and tastes like a regular shake from DQ or something with no strange after tastes. I will get a soft lump towards the end but I am just shaking it by hand in a bottle so that's understandable. Nitotech used to be gritty maybe up until a few years ago along with most other protein shakes but they changed it and it's much better now.
