I like the fact they include extra screws in case you drop one in the pool, if you are installing this with water in the pool. Take your time when measuring and cutting, it's not as hard as it might seem just be patient with yourself. I do wish the opening was an inch wider, because this lowers the water level around an inch if you are installing this to replace the worthless round skimmer.
