There's no way I can contact the seller about this issue. And absolutely garbage customer service from desertcart's end. So yea. 1 star until all of this is rectified

They sent me a damaged product and have been delaying the replacement unit, eventually asked me to cancel the replacement order, haven't picked up the damaged unit for return, and now my refund is stuck in the process.
