Great gardener gift! - I bought 2 of these in April 2020 and have not even opened tbe 2nd set yet. I live on a small hobby farm and garden. I dont take the best care of my hoses and leave them out, even forget to bring in on days when it freezes sometimes etc. My hose did discolor some and that did happen quickly but even now, it is still bright green overall even after being left outside or on my wet basement floor. BUT this hose has been the best hose I've used yet and it was cheaper than some of the hoses I've bought before. It is very light weight and flexible. I have managed to tie a few loose knots in it that I had to take out a couple of times but it it extremity low kink compared to other hoses. I bring it in for winter to extend the life of the hose. This winter, I am purchasing a thermal lined hose of some sort for winter because this hose is just not made for that and we have livestock to water in the winter. This would really make a great gift. I was skeptical of the nozzel that comes with this and the unique join this hose has. The attachment converter pieces were all I needed. I actually have had this hose attached to my old 50 ft hose with the pieces it came with and have had no leaks at the join. Seriously cannot say enough good things about this hose. I love how flexible and light it is compared to my old 50 ft, thick hose that was also high quality but still would kink in the same old spots. This hose does not do that. I never expected to get more than 2 seasons out of this hose with as hard as we are on it.
