Just like the one I had (pre-2000.....found new in box in my grandmothers house last year), except the top is more secure on these. The one I had developed a hole thanks to people abusing it. I prefer this to my gel packs when icing anything other than my knee or back. I just had a bruised liver (which is when I discovered the hole in my old bag). Grateful to find these since all I can find local are tiny and horrible! Just wish I would gave had them in time to be of use.
