I don't mind spending money on my ride but this thing looks like a napkin for $30. Don't feel bad though, I had one of these on my truck's CAI for almost three years and they just work great! It keeps a lot of the small dust / junk out of your filter so it stays cleaner longer for better performance and the wrap can just be wiped down with a clean dry rag to keep it from adding restriction. When first installed it fits tight & takes a little careful work to get it on the filter. The elastic in each end will relax for a looser fit over a year or so but even then it never slipped off my filter and kept right on working great!
