    Steep tea anywhere in the gaiwan gong fu method

This all porcelain gaiwan is a great way to steep and drink tea anywhere I want to brew in the gaiwan gong fu method.Those unfamiliar with this brewing method will see this as another type of drinking cup. It's very discreet.I gave this 4 stars because the design could be ergonomically improved for pouring hot tea from the steeping vessel into the drinking cup.Plus, I have to slightly shift the porcelain lid to prevent pouring some tea leaves into the cup.Aside from that, I've made tea at work and it's a great gift for a tea enthusiast.

I am an aficionado of Chinese and Japanese tea. When I travel, I wanted something that I could bring with me. This set worked much much better than any of the others I bought. Firstly, the set looks good. The tea strained perfectly and the.pour was good.  I only wish there were two sizes - this size and one smaller.  .

This is a wonderful product, however I wish some small flaws were addressed. While I understand that there's no mesh strainer, I wish there wasn't so much particulate that goes threw the pouring. This of course could be fixed with a thicker, longer leaves but it is a issue. Being that it's porcelain, it truly is an amazing product. This really is the perfect go to when you want to brew tea for only yourself. Give or take, with the loose tea, it serves about 4 ounces which is plenty.Love the work Eilong, keep it up!
