**Q: The description says "For use bearing side up only, not for use as castor wheels." Does this mean they can't be used with the roller ball facing down?**
A: I have used it with ball facing down as roller works fine. But it’s so small I think you cannot have a very heavy item on it as the balls will lock up and not roll.

**Q: Will these roll over carpet if attached to a small wooden crate to hold kid shoes?**
A: No, they are too small.

**Q: load limit  of the DGQ roller ball**
A: I have perhaps 200# on mine.  They couldn’t take much more.

**Q: What is the total height of one of these. How much do they increase the height of the object to which they are affixed?**
A: Approximately 3/4 inch. Not really noticeable.
