The ads clearly show the voltage is 100-240v before I made the decision to buy. Upon arrival, the adapter is 100v. I opened the case with Amazon and they ask me to ship back while Amazon absorb the delivery expense. I paid around 150 USD for DHL then I've got the refund. Amazon sent me the replacement, unfortunately, the adapter is still 100v. They ask me to send back again. I paid around the same amount (150 USD) and I've got the refund. But for this time, Amazon don't want to send me the replacement anymore and provide the full refund of the original purchase (Orbi, tax and delivery cost).
