The rpm range and trigger control give me the accuracy to use the impact driver to screw in things I would normally only use a screwdriver to prevent stripping and tear out. Depending on what your doing, using smaller batteries really makes this set very light weight. I was about to order the Festool set, but for some reason were unable to delivery to my location (west coast usa). It was serendipitous, I save 200 bucks, and got a great set that compliments my already existing Milwaukee tools. With Milwaukee's commitment to keeping there battery ports the same over generations, I will continue to purchase tools from them, and highly recommend you do as well. I got this on discount for $310 shipped with 2 5amp batteries and a charger which made it a very sweet deal. Will recommend over the equiv dewalt just due to the brushless design, and oil based hydraulic impact driver. Note: In the pics I did swap out a 5.0 battery for a smaller 2.0 battery which I bought separately. The $355 kit the hammer drill is slightly smaller (3/4") and the hex driver is mechanical. its not loud by any means. Totally choice and preference by you.
