If it gets warm, just give it a squeeze (or flip) and it’s refreshed. Can I just sleep on the inner or outer layers alone?** A: Try a Coop Eden, it's really for a stomach sleeper pillow. When you read Down like, for the Eden in the description note feather like is missing, as in feather and down, so bad for side sleeping in my opinion.
