Review: Great customer service! - Such a cute idea for a goodie bag. However, I ordered 32 of these, and only 13 of the pens worked (the light). EDIT: After leaving this review the seller reached out to trouble shoot and wanted to replace the order. The event I needed them for had passed so they actually refunded me for both boxes even though I had handed out the pens that did work. Excellent customer service. The message they sent also said there is a way to get all the pens working, though I did not get a chance to try it: “Please be advised that the pens are not working because the batteries have not made contact with each other. But don't worry, this can be solved. To do so, follow these steps and your pens will work properly. 1- Re-insert the white plate and make circular movements with it, trying to move the batteries slightly. 2- Remove the white tape and check that the pens work correctly.”
