I hadn’t thought such a thing could be possible and any pan I’ve previously owned couldn’t manage such a feat, but this pan absolutely can do that no problem. Other great features are a comfortable handle design and the ability to use the pan in the oven. It is also very easy to clean-unsurprisingly, since the nonstick coating works so well. This pan is excellent and I love it, but there are a couple things you might want to consider before buying this particular pan. First, this pan doesn’t come with a lid, which maybe isn’t an issue for you, but I have found myself from time to time needing to use a lid from another pan and would have preferred a pan with a lid. If you’re lifting the pan a lot (e.g., to toss a stir fry), the weight could end up being a frustration. Works great on my induction stove. Solid and well made. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Own this Pan *by D***Y on November 27, 2024* This is my second Made In pan. I also own the 10". I have had numerous non stick pans through the years and all of them eventually disappoint. Mostly they just stop being non stick no matter how well they were rated. I bought a second one of these (the 8") because the first one is working out so well. They are a bit more expensive than the other non sticks but they will last. It's worth the investment. Nothing sticks to these pans and they feel sturdy. The handle is a good size for flipping ingredients in the pan. It also goes in the oven which is something I really needed as I end up finishing off dishes in the oven. Clean up is also incredibly easy. You could just wipe clean if you wanted.
