What do I do now?** A: Not sure beyond the obvious -- wipe off any dust on solar panels and look closely at how the crystal is sitting on the stem--is it balanced and able to move freely? The ball being out of balance was the problem with mine when it didn't rotate. **Q: A little noisy when it turns. Any remedies?** A: The little noise is inherent in the design due to the weight of the crystal ball. **Q: Could this be used on a car dashboard?** A: I doubt you'd be happy using it on a dashboard as it has nothing to stick it on with and the crystal ball is not permanently attached to it's stem-- it is just placed there. So wherever you place it it is not securely fastened.
