Those 2 came in without the screws, and I had to scramble to find components that would match what I already put up. The product description did not list that they came with screws so I guess I can't really take any points away from the rating. The bracket without the screws is just fine. Both, the panel holes and the wall mounting holes.** A: Thanks for looking and your patience. The center to center hole distance is 1 inch on the bracket and 3 inches for the end holes on the base with a third hole in the center. We have an updated drawing that should be visible on the website. **Q: Does this product come with material? Such as screws and etc.** A: No its only the Bracket **Q: could I use brackets to reinforce vinyl fence?** A: This will work with a 1 in. panel. We have brackets available for 1/2", 7/8" and 1-1/4" panels as well.
