I had to find a small metal tool for prying the windows out of their slots to start with, which may be a challenge for some. Also, the window piece has a beveled edge to make it fit into the opening well, but it's not a snug fit. As soon as the keychain taps anything, the window falls off and the contents were falling out. I solved this by putting the windows back in upside down, with the wider beveled edge facing down to really hold it into the opening. This does work to make them hold securely, but will also make them harder to get open again if anyone wants to change the photo later.
