I mainly use the large knife. It does a better job on dicing and slicing vegetables than any other knife I have used. The blade is incredibly sharp. Keep the guard on it at all times when not in use.You do have to treat this blade properly. It will chip if you are not careful and even if you are. Do not put it in a dishwasher. Be careful of what you curt on. Do not use this knife around bones. Keep the guard on. If it was it showed that little inspection had been given to it. I returned the knife and am waiting to see if it will be replaced under their guarantee.
