I searched for the right price and features. Most important to me was a temperature gauge (hard to find!) since my car doesn't have one from the factory. I like knowing when icy conditions are upon me. This was a great price & fairly easy to install, if you've ever connected a car stereo. The old mirror was super-easy to pull out (after watching a 58 second youtube video), and this one slid right on easy. I ran the cables through the headliner, around the windshield pillar and up underneath the dash back to the radio (where I knew I could tap into 12v ACC power.) The hardest thing was running the temp sensor to the front of the car. I didn't want to drill in to the firewall, so I ran it through the door to the engine compartment, and zip-tied it along the way. Sync'ing the GPS for direction specification was easy. The mirror works great with an auto-dim (I commute early-morning). I haven't used the back-up camera feature yet, it was just a bonus for me, and I'll look for a cheap one. The only problem is that the green light to the right of the "power" button on the bottom is kinda bright for night. I think I'll get used to it.
