Meanwhile, I scheduled a procedure for my colon. VSL#3 (Now Visbiome) and Jarrow S. Boulardii had done wonders for my Crohn's Colitis three years ago. Since my Crohn's symptoms are gone, I only Visbiome about once or twice a week. After scheduling my colon procedure I thought I should try to get my colon as healthy as possible to maximize my chances of a good outcome. I hadn't taken S. Boulardii for about a year. I began taking a packet of Visbiome Extra Strength and a Capsule of Now S. Boulardii in the morning and at night. After about 4 days I noticed my rash was improving! Now it is just over a week and it is almost gone. I guess the S. Boulardii is crowding out whatever fungal infection I have, like the Visbiome does with the harmful bacteria. Anyway, I was very surprised and pleased. I think both Jarrow and Now are fine. I bought the Now this time because it was a little cheaper. I like that Jarrow has a prebiotic with it.
